‘Dance it out’: Fitness with Indian dance moves
If you get bored walking on the treadmill or find gym monotonous, this is for you. 30 minute light to intense dance workout program based on using traditional dance movements in creative patterns and repetitions to make workout exciting and innovative.

Bharatnatyam: An Indian classical dance form
Introduction to indian classical dance for adults and children.
Bharatanatyam is a major genre of Indian classical dance. The dance has traditionally been a form of an interpretive narration of mythical legends and spiritual ideas. Bharata Natyam is an art which consecrates the body, the dancer, who dissolves her identity in rhythm and music, makes her body an instrument, for the duration of the dance, for the experience and expression of the spirit.
Dance is an expression of the soul and is a journey of discovering the joy we can explore with our own body movements. It contributes to physical fitness, relaxation, enjoyment, aesthetic and spiritual healing. We offer a bundle of different dance classes for adults and children.
