The sessions are designed to introduce children to the calming effects of mindfulness. Mindful awareness exercises help children develop concentration and self-awareness.
The sessions are designed for children, keeping in mind their needs and levels of imagination and understanding. Children are guided through an experience of paying attention to their present surrounding. After some practice, children may find this exercise to be helpful in their daily life school and home activities.
